Categories of Care
In order to qualify, a practice or program must address one of the following three categories:
- Prevention
- A practice or program that prevents illness and improves health
- Safety
- A practice or program that protects individuals from health hazards or injuries
- Quality Healthcare for Life
- A practice or program to restore health and improve the overall quality of healthcare
Any entries received without a category selection, or for a practice or program outside of these areas will not be put forward for review by the panel.
